With over 25 years in the field, Mr. Crandell does a wide range of consulting and has industry experience in the following sectors: life sciences, healthcare, consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, financial services, and technology products and services. He has supported clients on numerous CEO and C-suite succession engagements, and has assessed and provided feedback to hundreds of senior leaders and CEOs around the world, accelerating their readiness for future roles. He has consulted with CEOs and senior executive teams to ensure that they have the right leadership bench to drive their business strategies. Mr. Crandell focuses on driving business outcomes for his clients, using a collaborative approach to help clients build their internal expertise, and to build practical solutions that work well in their organization and culture.
Prior to this role, Mr. Crandell was on the senior executive team at PDI Ninth House, a Korn Ferry company. His accomplishments there include driving double digit growth of the assessment business for five consecutive years and starting up the company's succession management practice. Prior to PDI Ninth House, he worked as an organizational psychologist in both the U.S. government and private industry for 10 years.
Mr. Crandell holds doctoral and master's degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Union College.
