In 1995, Mr. Rogut left the Newark office of a major international law firm (LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae) to be a co-founder of Rogut McCarthy PC in order to continue serving his New Jersey bond clients.
is experienced in general obligation bond transactions for New Jersey municipalities, counties and boards of education as well as authority revenue bond transactions and industrial development financings.

, Mr. Rogut
was primarily responsible for drafting the financing documents on various financings for the State and several of its agencies.
He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Public Finance Subcommittee of the Local Government Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
is the author of the chapter on municipal bonds in the New Jersey Municipal Clerk's Guidebook and has lectured on bonds in the New Jersey Municipal Clerk's certification courses, courses for newly elected municipal officials, accounting continuing education courses and as a guest speaker for school business administrators' and Mayors' associations.
Mr. Rogut earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude from Georgetown University Law School.
He has served as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and on the Public Finance Subcommittee of Local Government Law Section.
