has successfully represented financial institutions and businesses in a wide variety of major commercial disputes, focusing on lender liability cases and fraud-based investigations.

.Professional Associations: Currently a co-chair of the Conflicts-of-Laws committee of the ABA's International Law Section, Steve has also served on the ABA's Lender Liability Committee, and on federal civil procedure subcommittees of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.Community Work/Organizations: As a member of the Council of New York Cooperatives and the Central Park Conservancy and as president of his cooperative's Board of Directors, Steve has helped lead efforts to preserve landmarks designations and improve homeless housing and relocation.
Outside of the Office: When not cheering on as his
wife oversees their teenage childrens' Gilbert & Sullivan productions, piano and flute recitals, Steve
enjoys choral singing and spending time on Long Island's East End to pursue cycling, clay-court tennis and short-story writing.
