The TCB Group was set up in January 2005, by music industry executive Steven Howard.

In January 2005, following a very successful 26 year career with the Zomba Group, where he was a founding Director, Steven Howard set up The TCB Group; an artist management and entertainment marketing company.
joined Clive Calder's Zomba Group
in October 1980.
Howard, who was born in 1959, joined the music industry as a talent scout for Chrysalis Music in 1977.
worked closely with these artists.
In 1999, Howard
was involved with four No. 1 singles.
These copyrights could be added to the ever-growing list of standards, which Howard
Howard embraced the broadcast industry, signing deals with leading players such as the Michael Grade run Channel 4, Mark McCormack's TWI, Nick Park's Aardman Animations, as well as several UK film production companies.
In addition to this UK activity, Howard oversaw Zomba's international music publishing activities in Germany, Benelux and Australia.
also ran their studio business, which comprised of four state of the art recording studios in North London, called Battery Studios, and the Dreamhire
Equipment rental division.
He was the Managing Director of Zomba Mangement, which became one of the most prestigious Producer Management companies.
As well as Mutt Lange, he
represented world-class producers: Stephen Lipson (Annie Lennox, Will Young), Mark Hill (Craig David), Rollo (Dido, Faithless), and Steve Power (Robbie Williams).
has also been instrumental in the success of several major fundraising events.
All of these were his
ideas from their inception.
