Steve DeLuca - VP Operations Steve has been with HCL Expense Management for 6 years and has more than 16 years of experience in the telecom industry. During his tenure at HCL, Steve has served in leadership roles in Account Management, Audit, and Invoice and Content Management. Steve manages the teams that are responsible for Content Management ( receipt, entry and loading of our clients' telecom invoices into our custom systems) and Invoice Management (validation, allocation and distribution of invoices to our clients Accounts Payable systems). Prior to HCL, Steve spent 10 years with MCI, now Verizon Business, in their Telco Cost and Network Financial Management Systems divisions. Steve has a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems from Georgia State University.
