A memorial Mass will be held at 10 : 30 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church in Madison , with the Rev. Roger Nilles officiating.The Madison Veteran's Council Firing Squad will provide military rites.
Visitation will be from 9 : 30 a.m. Saturday at the church until the services.
In lieu of flowers , memorials may be made to the family for a memorial fund to be determined later.
Mr. Stuczynski was born Jan. 1 , 1925 , in Amherst
, a son of the late Frank and Frances ( Ostrowski ) Stuczynski
was a veteran of World War II , serving with the U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Marine Wing Marine Air Group 33 in Okinawa from 1943 until 1946.He
was married to Dolores Zeleski on May 20 , 1946 , in Stevens Point.He worked for Kayser Ford as a parts manager for 30 years and then worked for the city of Madison for 10 years until his retirement
.He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church , a lifetime member of VFW Post No. 8483 , American Legion Post No. 481 , Marine Corps League and Four Lake Detachment
was also involved in the E.A.A. , Warbirds of America and numerous other aviation organizations.
In 1988 , he
built an addition to his
home , providing 2 , 100 square feet for the Gallery of Aviation , to share his
collection of aviation and military memorabilia with others.
Survivors include his
wife ; one son , Le Roy ( Susan ) Stuczynski
, Madison ; one daughter , Debra ( Tim ) Sumiec , Wauwatosa ; one sister , Ann Hubbard , Stevens Point ; three brothers , Joseph , Stevens Point , and John and Frank ( Verona ) , both of Amherst
; and two grandchildren.He
was also preceded in death by two sisters , Lillian Slowinski and Sister Mary Stuczynski ; and one brother , Michael Stuczynski.
