Dr. Steinhaus has held a variety of positions as an industrial psychologist in business for over 20 years. His work in the area of HR analytics and architecture is often based on rigorous methodology and focused on innovative yet practical solutions.
Dr. Steinhaus holds several professional degrees, including a doctorate in industrial psychology and a master's degree in psychology. He has published and presented on a variety of topics related to human resource capital management and industrial psychology. He is a member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association and the Society of Consulting Psychology.
