Prior to CO-founding Fortelligent, Steve was a Vice President at Mercer Management Consulting where he was a lead developer of the Customer Relationship Management practice.He was also Managing Director of the Analytic Consulting Group at Epsilon, a former division of American Express, and he CO-founded Applied Research of Cambridge, a market research firm.He is a graduate of Boston University, where he received a M.S. in Communications Research and he completed the Executive Program in Business Administration at Columbia Graduate School of Business.He has published extensively on the topic of Customer Relationship Management and is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Database Marketing.
