Steve Mutnick practices primarily in the areas of criminal, traffic and domestic relations law after serving as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for five and one half
He was an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Loudoun County for two years, before serving as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Henrico County.
As an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney, Steve prosecuted every type of case, with a focus on serious traffic cases, DUI, DUI-Drug cases and traffic fatality cases.

Steve is currently a faculty member at the Virginia CLE Defense of Serious Traffic Cases seminar where he instructs other lawyers on how to practice in dui, hit and run, reckless driving and other cases, and has taught at the Commonwealth Attorney's Services Council Spring Institute, the Virginia State Police Academy and the Henrico Police Academy.
Born and raised in Burke, Virginia, Steve attended the College of William and Mary with a major in Public Policy.
