Diversity has always been prevalent in Stephen's background--carefully melding artistic, movement, and reflective disciplines.A former collegiate judo competitor, he
went on to study the martial arts of Kung Fu and Wushu.He
has taught classes and seminars to students of all levels, as well as having developed workbooks and manuals for women's self defense classes along with stretching and strengthening routines relevant to martial arts skills.Stephen's artistic experience spans 3 decades.He
has instructed creative movement, Mime, and modern dance at the college level; his
expertise has been applied to high school and college dance recitals, theatrical performances, and festival productions.He
has worked with aerobic competitors on choreography and artistic analysis, and with competitive bodybuilders on the application of creative movement and choreography for posing routines.Stephen
has over 100 musical arrangements and songs to his
credit-including theme music for advertising and public relations firms, public television, and dance troupes.He
has performed (piano) at New York City's Village Vanguard, and frequently appears at festivals, dinner theaters, college concerts, and upscale restaurants and supper clubs in the northeast.
