is responsible for all aspects of IT Infrastructure and Operations.
Mr. Funderburk II
provides leadership and management to the IT
department, and oversees the implementation and maintenance of secure systems and services that meet the business needs of the company and its clients.
has extensive knowledge and experience in providing level II and III support for end users.
Prior to joining Situs, Mr. Funderburk II served as Senior Desktop Technician at Advanced Pharamacy, where he assisted level I and II technical support teams in resolving network, application and hardware issues.
He also worked as a System Analyst at Universal Weather & Aviation, providing level II support to end users on various issues with advanced troubleshooting skills.
Mr. Funderburk II began his career as a Senior Dell Badge Representative II at Dell, Inc, offering sales and technical assistance in hardware and networking technologies.
While at Dell
installed and configured new computer products and accessories, as well as implemented server/workstation patches, hotfixes and storage backup.
Mr. Funderburk II attended SMU School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and SMU Advanced Computer Education Center (ACEC).
In addition, he
completed 91 hours of Computer Science/Engineering at the University of Texas-Arlington
, as well as a degree in Computer Science- IT Desktop Support/Microsoft Network
