Background & Experience Mr. Dadourian's
first taste of the real estate business began during a summer school break from college when he
provided janitorial and freight elevator services for his
grandfather's light manufacturing property on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.After college Mr. Dadourian followed his interest in real estate and in 1985 he joined Gronich & Company, a well regarded boutique Manhattan brokerage.
After his success at Gronich & Co
, which included representing United Technologies/Otis Elevator in the acquisition of its North American headquarters, Mr. Dadourian
teamed up with Joseph Genovesi and in 1990 founded D.G. Hart Associates
(which later became NAI DG Hart and was acquired by NAI Global in 2006).
The management company was subsequently sold, but the experience of being involved in all facets of the business has proven to be invaluable to Mr. Dadourian's
development as an office leasing specialist.
