Prior to joining Blake Dawson Waldron, Stephen was the Chairman of the Commercial Tribunal of NSW (1990-1996), conducted a public inquiry in 1992 on behalf of the NSW government into the question of a maximum interest lending rate for consumer credit and was the first Australian Credit Union EFT Arbitrator.
...Stephen was the consultant to the Australian Financial Systems Inquiry (Wallis Inquiry) for consumer credit matters and was a member of the task force for the review of the Consumer Credit Code. Stephen
