was born and raised in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.Based upon his
academic excellence in high school, he
was awarded a 4-year ROTC scholarship to Miami University
in Oxford, Ohio.Upon graduation from college, Mr. Agrati
was awarded the Distinguished Midshipman Award for having graduated first in his
Navy ROTC class.He
was also commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps
.Mr. Agrati served as an infantry officer, supply officer, and an embarkation officer while stationed at Quantico, Virginia, at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina, and aboard the USS Nashville, LPD-13.Stephen Agrati has nearly 21 years of experience as a contract administration and pricing professional in the professional services industry.He
has extensive training and experience in cost proposal preparation and the management of contracts with federal and state government entities and industry.His
expertise includes demonstrated leadership skills, cost and pricing strategy development, cost proposal development, contract negotiation and administration, contract financial management, and indirect cost control.Stephen Agrati
is married to the former Ms. Tracy Wilmoth, also a contracts and pricing professional in the professional services industry.They have four children; the oldest is a recent graduate of the School of Business at the University of Maryland
who has entered the professional services industry as a contracts and pricing professional.Stephen Agrati has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.He
has taken courses in the Procurement and Contracting Program at the University of Virginia
and courses in the George Washington University
MBA Program.Additionally, Mr. Agrati has served as an adjunct instructor at George Mason University and Webster University.Mr. Agrati was certified as a professional contracts manager (CPCM) in 1987 by the National Contract Management Association, and he was recertified in 1992 and 1997.
