Rancho Bernardo resident Stephanie Maiorano and dance partner Joseph Hochschild will perform in San Diego Ballet's "Preludes and Poetry" on Oct. 25 and 26 at the Lyceum Theatre.
Maiorano, a principal dancer with San Diego Ballet, is dancing in the mixed repertoire production "Preludes and Poetry" at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25 and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 in the Lyceum Theatre at Horton Plaza.
will be in three pieces - the classical pas de deux "Suite Italienne" with Maxim Tchernychev set to the music of Igor Stravinsky; "Love: 20 Cents the First Quarter-Mile," a pas de deux with Joseph Hochschild set to the music of Bert Turetsky and poetry of Kenneth Fearing; and company piece "How High the Moon" set to the music of Les Paul and Mary Ford.
