Mr. Stanley Y. Fujii

Mr. Stanley Fujii serves as the Veterans Procurement Liaison for the U.S. Small Business Administration's - Office of Veterans Business Development.
He has served as a Senior Program Analyst with the SBA's HUBZone Program Office where small businesses in high-unemployment, low-income areas can receive an economic boost from the HUBZone contracting program.
a past Warranted Contracting Officer and have served both the Washington Metropolitan Area District Office and the Santa Ana District Office as the Assistant District Director for the 8(a) Business Development Program.
During part of 2007 and 2008, he
served as the Acting, Deputy Associate Administrator for SBA's
Office of Business Development overseeing the 8(a) BD and SDB Program nationally.
Other duties included being a Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), Program Manager and overseeing the electronic modernization of the 8(a) Business Development Management Information System and the HUBZone application and repository databases.
Before joining the SBA, Mr. Fujii worked for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at the Defense Contract Administration Services Region - Los Angeles (DCASR-LA), now known as DCMDW, Defense Contract Administration Services Management Area (DCASMA) - El Segundo and DCASMA - Santa Ana, now known as Defense Contract Management Commands (DCMC).
At DCASMA Santa Ana, he worked as a Contract Price/Cost Analyst.
Stanley is a long standing member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA); the past Ad Hoc Web Sub-Committee Chair for the Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC) and on the board of the planning committee for the Annual Cherry Blossom Freedom Walk - held at the Japanese American Memorial to Patriotism during World War II.
Mr. Fujii is an Eagle Scout and graduated from California State University-Dominquez Hills.
He is the current Executive Director for the Asian American Government Executive Network (AAGEN, www.aagen.org) and the (acting) VP for Strategic Outreach with the Pan Pacific American Leaders and Mentors Organization (PPALM; http://ppalm.org/home.aspx).
