Cathey III and Taylor Fox Cathey of Virginia Beach, Charlotte, Joey, Sean, and Holly Cathey of Chesapeake; and a niece, Elizabeth J. Mathews and her husband, David and her son, William Low all of Cincinnati, Ohio.
