Srini Raju is the co-founder of Peepul Capital.
Prior to the launch of Fund I in 2000, Srini served as COO of Satyam Computer Services.
He was also the founding CEO of Cognizant Technology Solutions Limited.
Having built large organizations, Srini
brings with himself a deep understanding of Indian business environment as well as a keen eye to identify potential opportunities.
Srini received an MS from Utah State University and is a graduate engineer from Regional Engineering College (REC), Kuruskshetra, India.
Srini spent his early professional years as an Investment Banker in Mumbai / Bangalore in SBI Capital Markets.
He was one of the founding members of the Private Equity operations of CDC in India (now called ACTIS) and was a senior member of Intel Capital South Asia.
Before joining Peepul, he was the head of Thomas Weisel India fund operations and Managing Director of Lightspeed Ventures India.
