He leads the in-house engineering team at Radiant Images, overseeing an on-site rapid prototyping capability that enables the design and production of filmmaking equipment tailored to the needs of the production.
Recent creations include the Novo, the world's smallest digital cinema camera, and a growing list of custom made accessories, including a state-of-the-art camera gimbal, the Novo Stabilized, and underwater housings.

In 2007, he founded Sinclair Labs Inc., where he worked closely with Silicon Imaging on camera designs.
Before that, he served in technical and executive management roles in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to technology start-ups.
Sinclair began his career at UC Irvine where he worked with high-performance computational and scientific visualization systems.
He is designated as a Certified Enterprise Architect by Carnegie Mellon University Institute for Software Research and is a member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.
Sinclair, who started college when he was 14 and had earned his first degree at 17, holds a Master's in business administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in information and computer science from the University of California at Irvine.
He also has an Associate's degree in electronics from Orange Coast College.
Born and raised in Orange County, Sinclair lives in Irvine.
