Johnson-Hagglund Preplanning Specialist Shirley Klitzke says one of the issues that comes up when she's working with families is what to do about memorials, and she'll share a personal story during her part of next Tuesday's seminar.
She says there's no fee for people to come in and make pre-arrangements with her. Klitzke says funeral directors - Ray Bartlett, Steve Nelson and Shannon Asmus - will also speak during the seminar next Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Litchfield Eagles Club.

Shirley Klitzke of Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home gave the Litchfield City Council an update last night on a proposed project in which families could have granite benches placed around town in memory of family members for people to rest while they're out walking.
The council gave her permission to proceed with the project and to contact Mn/DOT - seeking approval for placement of benches along Sibley Avenue.
