She received her undergraduate degree from Mt. St. Mary College and her Masters Degree from Boston College.

She was Chaplain at Cape Cod Hospital for 18-years.
For the past seven years, she has been Director of Pastoral Care at Christ the King Parish.

She served the Diocese of Providence as Coordinator of Chaplain Services at Rhode Island Hospital for seven years.
