New counsel and office due to company growth in Georgia
KNOXVILLE, TN - Entrust Solutions, a title insurance servicing company known for its innovative back office solutions including their new Nexus Program - which allows small to medium size agents and attorneys a platform to conduct real estate closings with little risk, expands its footprint in Georgia by adding industry veteran Shelley Elder, Esq., as their Georgia State Counsel.
Admitted to practice law in Georgia and Virginia, Shelley Elder's
background combines a unique balance between the agency side and underwriter role.
"I have been fortunate to be involved on both sides of the industry and understand the uniqueness each role plays," says Elder who formerly worked for Southern Title Insurance Corp.
"Since Georgia has such a need for our Nexus Program, this obviously is the next logical step in our overall concept and I am thrilled to have Shelley
as part of our team."
"It's all about giving our clients options," says Elder
