Board Member Shaun Hawkins joined Concargo as a board member in 2013. He is currently vice president of new ventures at Eli Lilly and Company where he is responsible for over $1 billion in venture capital, private equity and venture formation activities. In 2010, Hawkins was promoted to chief diversity officer to lead the development and implementation of Lilly's global diversity and inclusion strategy.
