Shannon Krein - Inside Ticket Sales Representative
Krein begins her first season as an Inside Sales Representative with the Mallards after completing a marketing internship with the team in 2010. After playing softball for UW-Madison her freshman year, and transferring for one year to San Jose State, Krein went on to graduate from California State University-Stanislaus with her Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Journalism. There she was the sports editor of her college newspaper and the Sports Information Student Assistant. Krein is originally from Escalon, CA.

"It's a very good opportunity for, obviously, kids in high school, teens, college kids home for the summer," said Shannon Krein, director of ticketing and group sales for the Bullfrogs.
"It's a job, but you're out there and can peek in at the baseball, which is nice. … It's a good part-time gig." Available positions included grill cooks, concessions staff, deck attendants, team store and ticket booth staff, ushers and cleaning staff. The team employs about 30 people during each game, Krein said. "I think everyone who tried out today, we'll try to have them sing," Krein said.
