acutely understands the need for determining and communicating the business value of IT.Prior to joining ITM Software, Sean was Vice President of Information Technology and CIO for Aspect Communications.
While at Aspect, he
developed tools and methodologies to achieve a high level of user satisfaction and to meet the aggressive financial targets necessary to maintain a successful business.With a team of 170 people and an annual budget in excess of $50 million, he
met the needs of more than 2000 employees in 25 sites worldwide.At start-up Gator.com, Sean was a senior member of the management team, responsible for both IT and operations.
Without increasing the size of his
tripled the infrastructure in four months.Over his six-year tenure with SGI, Sean held a variety of IT positions in the application and infrastructure disciplines and at all levels of management, culminating in the position of Vice President of Information Services and CIO.
With an international organization of 540 people and an annual budget of $140 million, he
was responsible for all of SGI's
information services needs in all major geographies.Sean earned a BA in Economics from the University of California.
