Sean has worked as a Food Safety Specialist with the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture for the last 9 years, doing routine food safety, long term care and child care inspections. He has been a member of the institute since 1999 and a member of the NS/PEI Branch Executive for the last 8 years and previously served as the President-Elect. He is also member of the Food Protection Division Enforcement Committee and co-authored the division's Emergency Operation Manual. He has also been involved in the Canadian Red Cross as a disaster management volunteer in the roles of Emergency Response Team Leader for the last 8 years. Sean has also been involved in assisting clients through numerous personal disasters, apartment fires and a deployment to the Northern Alberta Fires.
