Dr. Scott G. Wilkins
Scott Wilkins , the developer of REACH, is a graduate of Campbellsville University ('83) and both Master's and Doctorate of Ministry from Southwestern Theological Seminary ('89; 2000). Scott Wilkins has served in the pastorate for over 25 years. He is a veteran in the pastoral ministry, especial when it comes to creating innovative ways to reach the lost and non-churched with the Gospel message. Dr. Wilkins discovered a strategy for churches of all sizes to utilize in establishing a way to reach others. REACH is the result of over 25 years of frustration in how to motivate and enact church members toward reaching an non-churched community.
"The key is to create different ways of connecting with the non-churched," says Dr. Wilkins.
"It words," says Dr. Wilkins.
" Establishing relationships is the key, " says Dr. Wilkins. "It is the same tried and true expression, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."
The third and final key in reaching the non-churched is random acts of kindness, or servant evangelism. "Non-churched people see 'hands on' how the Christian community cares," says Dr. Wilkins.

About, 1 April 2010 [cached]
While initial planning began in October, 2003, on November 14, 2003, Jim McGee, Dr. Scott Wilkins, Mark Day, and Alan Newman met to discuss the possibility of planting a High Impact church in the Masterson Station area.
Mark and Dr. Wilkins were serving together at Fall Creek Baptist in Indianapolis, Indianaâ€"Scott as Pastor, Mark as Youth Pastor.
Shortly after the church "officially" began, Dr. Wilkins was called by God to serve a church back in Indiana. The Lord had used Scott in a mighty way to begin the work at Master's Church yet He had other work for him to do in the Marion, Indiana area. The church family was certainly shocked by the news as they had developed a love for Scott, his family, and his ministry. Yet they also understood that Scott needed to heed the call he had been given and the church encouraged him to do so. Dr. Wilkins' pastoral ministry at Master's Church concluded December 26, 2004.
Before Scott followed God's call to Indiana, the Lord led Alex Kinchen and his family to join Master's Church.
