He served as Principal Executive Officer at Management Solutions Inc. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Swogger served as Vice President, Quality Systems. From 1994 to 1995, he served as Tokheim's Director of Quality Assurance and served as Tokheim Corporation's Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. He is a Graduate of the Indiana University-Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana
Scott is currently the Chairman of the Board for the School Nutrition Foundation in National Harbor, Md., the National organization for school nutrition professionals. The Foundation supports and promotes Education, Research and Scholarship aimed at improving school nutrition programs and their support of the health and learning of our nation’s children. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana.

He is a 1984 graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
