, who heads the task force, set up the buy at a Northfield convenience store via text messages.
While being watched by another member of the task force, Robinson reportedly purchased 0.4 grams of heroin from Quinn for $200.
In a second transaction, officers say Robinson
purchased 0.9 grams of heroin from Quinn on March 10 at the Big Steer on Hwy. 19 at Interstate 35, again paying the suspect $200 while being a fellow task force member look on.
