Scott C. Newquist is Managing Director of BG Strategic Advisors.
Previously Scott was Managing Director of Morgan Stanley (1977-1987) where he founded and headed both its Merchant Banking business and the new business group of the M&A department.
He was Executive Managing Director of Kidder Peabody & Co (1988-1991) and head of Investment Banking and Merchant Banking and member of the Management Committee where he oversaw a turnaround of Investment Banking, responsible for over 4000 employees worldwide.
Scott has been co-founder of businesses including Perception Advisors, Veloxco LLC and Aquaback Technologies Inc.

At Veloxco LLC
