Scott C. Newquist
Non-Executive Member Mr. Newquist is Co-CEO and Chairman of Aquaback Technologies, Inc. a leading technology and manufacturer having proprietary products for wastewater recycling. He is actively involved in the identification of and advice to companies focused on emerging infrastructure technologies. He was formerly Executive Managing Director of Kidder Peabody and Company, a subsidiary of GE, in charge of Investment Banking and Merchant Banking. From 1977 to 1987 he was a Partner of Morgan Stanley Co where at various times he was an M&A specialist and raised and managed the $1billion Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund 1. He has over 30 years of experience investing in various asset classes, overseeing those investments from a strategic and operating perspective and structuring exits through sales, joint ventures, partnering, IPOs or other structures. Mr. Newquist has an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a George F. Baker Scholar, and was graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College with a B.A. in economics.

Scott Newquist is the Chief Executive Officer of IceColdNow and Co-CEO of Aquaback Technologies, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in management, private equity, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions. At various times he was Head of Investment Banking and Merchant Banking at Kidder Peabody, a subsidiary of General Electric and was a Managing Director and Partner of Morgan Stanley & Co in charge of Private Equity, and had oversight of Venture Capital. Scott is an MBA graduate of Harvard Business School, a Baker Scholar and graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa. He takes his Nantucket Blend coffee, cream, no sugar.

Scott Newquist is an Operating Partner with Cambridge Capital. Mr. Newquist is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Cambridge Capital. He has over 40 years experience in general management, private equity, venture capital, M&A and investment management. At Morgan Stanley & Co, he was a Managing Director, an M&A execution specialist completing approximately 100 transactions, built and managed the M&A business development department, founded and was head of Private Equity and was one of five Managing Directors overseeing venture capital investments. At Kidder Peabody & Co, when it was owned by General Electric, he was one of five members of the Executive Management Committee, and Executive Managing Director, Head of Investment and Merchant Banking, having responsibility for approximately 4000 employees world-wide. Mr. Newquist was founder and is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Veloxco, LLC which developed and implemented a quantitative trading model combining the underlying principles of fluid dynamics and modified stochastic processes to analyze and project price trends with respect to marketable securities and futures. He is currently also Co-Chief Executive Officer of Aquaback Technologies Inc, having a patent protected breakthrough water distillation technology offering extremely energy-efficient, self-cleaning, compact and light-weight water purification devices and systems.
