Scott Mosher, Director of Clinical Services
Scott Mosher graduated from Lewiston High School in 1969, earned a Bachelor's of Science, Sociology/Social Work degree from the University of Idaho in 1973 and then achieved the Master's of Social Work and Masters of Public Administration from Eastern Washington University in 1981 and 1982 respectively.
been a resident of the Valley off and on for 52 years.
The first time he started work at NCH was in 1974 as a Child Care Counselor.
returned to NCH
in April 2002 to accept the role of Clinical Services Director.
Scott is a Licensed Master Social Worker (#402 State of Idaho) and has completed Balanced Approach Training.
Among other awards, he is the recipient of the Idaho Juvenile Justice Association John Shuler Award in 1999, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Extra Mile Award in 2001 and the Idaho Juvenile Justice Administrator of the Year Award, Region 2 in 1995.
also presently serves on the Idaho Juvenile Justice Commission
