is 100% self-sufficient, with revenues generated through government reimbursements (Medicare and Medicaid), "private pay", and fundraising.

Scott has worked at the Lutheran Home and Harwood Place since 2006 and became the President in 2008 and the President & CEO in 2009.
Prior to taking over the reins at the Lutheran Home, Scott was President & COO at USCS Equipment Technology Solutions, an international equipment asset management company, until the company's acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific (Thermo) in 2004.
Post acquisition, Scott served as the Senior Vice President & General Manager of newly formed Thermo asset management business unit.
As a 1981 alumni and after serving on the Cardinal Stritch University Alumni Board for a number of years, Scott was named to the Cardinal Stritch University Board of Trustees in 2009.
