''They were not included in the brochure because we didn't know if we'd have two home exhibition games this year,'' Scott Hagel, the Bears' director of public relations, said Thursday. ''We thought we might have an international game or four road games.
To make the automatic assumption you don't have to buy preseason tickets when nothing was said is kind of a big step.'' Hagel said anyone who inquired once the games in Champaign were scheduled received the latest information. He also said he hoped Bears fans who weren't required to travel to Champaign last year to keep their tickets would be understanding.

Bears spokesman Scott Hagel told Chicago's WMAQ-TV on Tuesday that McCaskey was allegedly shoved in the back by a Saints fan who was then tackled by a Bears fan.
Hagel says security arrived and the Saints fan was removed from the stadium.
