Scott has nearly 20 years of experience in property management, operations and development encompassing a variety of asset types throughout the U.S.
Most recently he was with Melaver, Inc. where he worked on teams that achieved nine LEED certifications including the first multi-tenant LEED for Existing Buildings certification in Georgia and the first all retail LEED project in the country.
Scott currently serves as a BOMA-Atlanta board member and serves both BOMA International and BOMA-Atlanta on task forces formulating sustainability related educational offerings.
has been a speaker on "green" property operations and development for BOMA International
, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the International Facility Managers Association
and numerous local and regional organizations.
also authored a chapter of The Green Building Bottom Line published in 2007.
He is a Certified Property Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional.
