Ms. Isaacson was a member of various trial teams that won a jury verdict of $23 million in an accounting malpractice case and successfully defended a multi-million dollar zoning challenge in a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Cook County, and successfully represented both clients through the Illinois Supreme Court.
also tried to jury verdict joint venture claims of the plaintiff involving the development of a stock portfolio tracking system into a website, and obtained a liability judgment in favor of the plaintiff shareholders' derivative claim in a parallel bench proceeding, and most recently tried to jury verdict as second chair breach of contract and breach of implied warranty claims of the plaintiff in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
also successfully defended against plaintiff's claims for breach of contract and violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act in a court ordered arbitration proceeding.
