Sara Menard, principal of Valle Catholic from 2000-2012, was recently honored with the 2012 Unconditional Commitment Award from the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
The 15th Annual Archdiocesan
Women's Recognition Award Luncheon, sponsored by the Archdiocesan Office of Laity and Family Life, was held at Holy Spirit Parish
on Sunday, August 12.
The awards feature one of 12 categories and encourage every parish to nominate a woman each year to receive the recognition.
These women have answered God's call to dedicate themselves to the care of others.
