Sandy D. Torres (pictured at right)
Sandy was born in El Campo, Texas, and grew up in Houston.
She graduated from Westbury High School in 1983 and attended Southwestern Paralegal Institute in 2001.
She is a member of Association of Legal Administrators.
She began her career as a legal assistant in 1987 and began working as a paralegal/and legal administrator in 2001 and has more than 25 years of experience as a legal professional.
has provided paralegal services on pro bono adoption cases as part of the Houston Bar Association's Child Abuse and Adoption Committee
, a passion she
developed from helping raise her
younger brother from the time she
has also served as a committee chair-person for the 2014 HYLA Adopt-an-Angel Program and volunteered for the Bears for Babies for National Adoption Day which is an event hosted by Harris County CPS.
In today's ever-changing technology driven office, Sandy
has initiated change to make sure that the firm is kept at the cutting edge of technology from computer software to hardware in order to optimize operational efficiency and improve productivity.
When not at work Sandy
spends a great deal of her
time with her
extended family including her
three beautiful grandchildren and her
niece whom she
She is an extraordinarily creative baker and cake designer and has thereby been deemed the firm's permanent personal baker for all post-victory celebrations.
