Throughout his impressive career, Sandy has facilitated and been involved with client business purchases, mergers, reorganizations and dispositions. He has been tapped as an expert witness for a multitude of legal cases to testify on issues such as business and asset valuation, business continuity, fiduciary matters, fraudulent transfers, generally accepted principles and auditing standards.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in 1971, a Bachelor of Hebrew Literature degree from the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York and a Master in Business Administration degree from New York University. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Affiliated Conference of Practicing Accountants.
