Sandra "Sandy" Muhr-Johnson - Certified Preneed Counselor and Veteran's Burial Benefits Counselor
is a native of Colorado.
She was born in Montrose, Colorado and moved to Grand Valley at the age of 3, when her parents purchased a peach orchard on the Central Orchard Mesa.
attended Pear Park Elementary, Clifton Junior High, and Central High School
She attended the University of New Mexico, Grants - studying Business Management and Human Relations.
Sandra has worked as a pre need counselor since 1994.
Certified Preneed Counselor designation through the National Funeral Directors Association
Sandy joined Callahan-Edfast Mortuary in June 2002 as a Certified Preneed Counselor and Veterans Burial Benefits Counselor.
She has been active in the Grand Valley Community as a Board Member of RSVP of Mesa County, a member of the Fruita Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Advanced Care Committee of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado, and is an Ambassador for Family Health West.
has three grown children, 6 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
