Neighborhood Nannies opened its doors in 1983 and was one of the first nanny placement agencies established on the East Coast. Sandy has been involved with INA since its formation in 1985 and is the only individual to serve continuously on the Board of Directors since its inception. Sandy currently serves as the association's treasurer and conference site selection chair. She has also served as secretary and first vice president of the association. She has also been responsible for the annual conference site selection, contractual negotiations, and planning, since 1993. Sandra has chaired the INA Committee on Professional Standards and has served on several committees: Conference, Finance, INA Relocation Committee and Publications Review Board and has headed up various task forces over the past 26 years. In addition to being Treasurer for multiple terms, in past years Sandra also served as INA Secretary and First Vice President.
