Hampton County Sheriff's Deputy Sergeant Samuel White has been visiting senior centers around Hampton County recently in an effort to make seniors aware of recent scams present throughout Hampton County and the nation.
White recently visited the Estill Senior Center to discuss ways in which seniors could protect themselves from scams, as well as, ways they can stay safe. White previously visited the Hampton County Recreation Department to speak to seniors. He is also available to speak to groups about general crime topics and safety tips for citizens.
