was admitted to the bar in 1975.Sam's practice experience includes corporate, securities, banking, municipal bond, equipment leasing, finance, commercial, information technology, and many kinds of transactional work, as well as litigation management, arbitration and mediation.He
practiced at the AV-rated law firms of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Brown & Wood in New York and as a partner of AV-rated Gollatz, Griffin & Ewing in Philadelphia.He
has also practiced in-house, including as a general counsel, in three Fortune 500 corporations with operations in the public utility, transportation, mining, computer and software industries.His
experience includes transactions throughout the United States, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.His
career includes a number of legal services delivery innovations in case processing, transaction documentation and preventive law, and he
served as the permanent member of the Manager's Legal Function Panel at M.I.T.'s Sloan Graduate School of Management.He
has conducted numerous bar and business seminars on legal topics and is a national leading author on contract attorney staffing.
