to vice president, risk management.He
is responsible for managing, overseeing and coordinating the risk profile for the entire company.
Prior to joining EME, Henry
was vice president of trading and risk management at Dupont Power marketing.He
also headed trading and risk management operations for Conoco Inc.'s natural gas and gas liquids division.He
traded the industry's first electricity futures contracts at the California/Oregon border and into PJM (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland).He
previously was a consultant to such companies as SoCal Gas and Entergy, and held various management positions at Chevron.Henry
is a member of the International Association of Financial Engineers, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.He
has been a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange advisory committees on propane, natural gas and electricity trading.Henry
has been a registered Commodity Trading Advisor for more than 15 years.He
holds a degree in environmental studies from Baylor University in Texas.Henry
