Ryan C. Wilkins is a shareholder in the corporate and securities law department and is Co-Chair of the Firm's Recruiting Committee.
represents many of the firm's public clients and focuses on financing transactions, corporate governance matters, SEC compliance and mergers and acquisitions.
has assisted public and private clients in hundreds of transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, PIPEs, registered direct offerings, going private transactions and deregistrations.
has also assisted clients in responding to FINRA inquiries.
Mr. Wilkins received his J.D. degree with a corporate law specialization in 2005 from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he also earned an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management in 2005.
Mr. Wilkins received a B.A. in Business and Economics, summa cum laude, from UCLA in 2000.
Mr. Wilkins was a law clerk with Capital Research & Management Company from 2002 to 2005 and was a summer associate at Stradling in 2002 and 2004.
Mr. Wilkins has served as the Chair of the firm's Summer Associate Committee for four years and is the Co-Chair of the Recruiting Committee.
