Schwartzman's impressive legal background includes expertise in e-commerce and Internet, trade secrets, copyright, unfair competition, labor and employment issues, finance and insurance, and business transactions.Schwartzman began his practice in New York with the law firm of Seyfarth Shaw Fairweather & Geraldson before relocating to San Diego, California in 1989 where he practiced litigation and corporate law.Schwartzman holds a B.A. with honors from St. John's University.He received his J.D. with honors from Cardozo Law School in New York in 1987 where he served as the Executive Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.He is a member of the Bars of New York, California, and the District of Columbia.
