Rufus F. Johnson, Sr. - Vice President of Risk Management

He has more than 24 years of experience as a human resources manager, having served as the Human Resource Business Partner for the Enserch Corporation and Lone Star Gas Company for 14 year and the Human Resource Business Partner and HR Manager for the TXU-Electric Delivery Corporation for more than 10 years, during which he was responsible for more than 7,000 employees and a budget of more than $54 million.
Mr. Johnson has an extensive background in office management, engineering, leadership, pharmacy and medical training combined with human resources in the field of home health care, and he has more than 40 years of experience in high-level leadership and motivational communication.
