Next month, Dance Complex founder and director Rozann Kraus would like to see Cambridge burger joints feature a "Pirouette Patty" on the menu. She hopes to walk past clothing stores and see mannequins posed as if they are dancing in the windows. And she'd love to see bookstores put all of their dance books on featured display.May is Dance Month in Cambridge. Those are just a few of Kraus' ideas for Cambridge businesses next month.Since the tradition of Dance Month began 14 years ago on the steps of City Hall, Kraus has been waiting for local retailers to, well, catch the fever.
