Spokesman for the Nomadic Preservation Society, Roy Snowdon, said it had proved to be a mammoth task which should be completed today.
"We've been off-loading all the furniture from her
days as a restaurant on the Seine for transfer to storage, and Harland and Wolff have kindly given us their complex free of charge," said Roy
"It all belongs to the Department of Social Development but has been passed to the Nomadic Trust who will decide what to do with it when they next meet on November 17," said Roy
Once fully cleared, the Nomadic will be off to Barnetts' Dock in Belfast to prepare her
for further restoration.Roy
said: "No decision has been made on this yet but it should be made shortly.
