Rowan Rose Rowan Rose Rowan has been a member of the Gem & Mineral Society of the Virginia Peninsula since the mid 1970's and is now a charter member. She has also been a member of the Kingsport Gem and Mineral Society, Kingsport, TN since 2007. She teaches one-on-one classes in the area. One of Rowan's designs was published on the cover and was a featured artist in the September 2002 issue of Wire Artist Magazine. She was also featured in the December 2003/February 2004 issue. She does cabbing, creating many of her own stones to wrap. She has been teaching wirecraft at William Holland since 1998.
