Holiday hitting , Well aware that Rose Carnicelli, tennis supervisor of the attractive Phipps Ocean Tennis Center, annually observes national holidays with a special one-day tournament, I dropped by the facility last week to find out if she had forgotten to hold one for the Fourth of July.
